i am using qualcom any data evdo modem of speed up to 3MBPS,on task manager it avgs btw 10KBPS to 1MBPS,but my download speed is at best 40kbps even with idm, also it shows 0% network utilization.any suggestion to improve the download speed, its really frustrating.
