BonJourPSsetup.exe
I run Windows 7 on a macbookpro using Bootcamp. Recently, I downloaded Bonjour printer services to work with a wireless printer. Found out I didn't need it. I tried to uninstall it, but instead I discovered I uninstalled: BonjourPSsetup.exe ...which gave me issues connecting to the internet. I recovered the file from the trash and reinstallled it, but my computer hasn't been the same since. Issues include: doesn't connect to the internet When troubleshooting, it doesn't find anything wrong. When I go to Network in Windows Explorer, the computer just thinks, but nothing happens. When trying to bring up Task Manager, I get a message to the effect of: "couldn't be done, try restart" I restarted my computer, now it works fine! So, the issue seems to be sporadic, I'm assuming I'm missing a file somewhere? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Please run a Startup Repair. The Startup Repair is a Windows 7 system recovery tool that can fix certain problems, such as missing or damaged system files (ex: MBR boot file), that might prevent Windows from starting correctly.

Try running SFC /scannnow. If that doesn't work, try a System Restore to a point prior to when you started having troubles. You could also try an upgrade install from within Windows to your current windows location to refresh your system files. Jerry
