Blue Screens with Bad-Pool_header when formating cd, or reading some CDs

Can not write CD, Get Bad_Pool_header msg and Blue screen after format

Hi, Let us uninstall and re-install the CD-DVD driver and check if the issue is resolved.First, please disconnect all USB devices and then perform the following steps:a. Click "Start" button, type “devmgmt.msc” (without quotation marks) in the “Run” and press "Enter". Click “Continue” if necessary.b. In Device Manager, double click to expand the CD-DVD drive right click on it, click "Uninstall" and click "OK".c. Restart the computer and check.Hope this helps.
