Blutooth Peripheral Device
I am using Windows 7 32 bits Entreprise on a Lenovo R500. I recently bought a Microsoft Bluetooth Notebook Mouse 5000. It worked for about 3 weeks. Today, it doesn't work anymore. Windows doesn't seem to be able to detect the device... Batteries are fine.
Windows tries to install Bluetooth Device Drivers and they cannot be found. As a result I have 2 Bluetooth Peripheral Device listed under Other Devices (no drivers found for these 2 guys). This mouse is supposed to be "optimized" for Windows7...
Thanks.

Hi NikkoduCO,
Please connect your BT mouse into a different PC. If that work's then perform a System Restore in you troubled PC.
You may use this guide to System Restore:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-AU/windows-vista/Turn-back-time-on-your-PC-Undo-system-changes-with-System-Restore
This will bring back the driver that was working before.
Before you do th System Restore please create a current System Restore point following this guide: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-AU/windows7/Create-a-restore-pointRegards,

Hi NikkoduCO,
You can manually download the mouse driver from the official website:
http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/download/download.aspx?category=MK
Then check if it works.

Miya
