I am using Windows 7 32 bits Entreprise on a Lenovo R500. I recently bought a Microsoft Bluetooth Notebook Mouse 5000. It worked for about 3 weeks. Today, it doesn't work anymore. Windows doesn't seem to be able to detect the device... Batteries are fine. Windows tries to install Bluetooth Device Drivers and they cannot be found. As a result I have 2 Bluetooth Peripheral Device listed under Other Devices (no drivers found for these 2 guys).This mouse is supposed to be "optimized" for Windows7... Thanks.

Hi NikkoduCO, Please connect your BT mouse into a different PC. If that work's then perform a System Restore in you troubled PC.
