My bluetooth connection just stopped working! The entire bluetooth family is missing. I am not computer savvy and too many things have been happening to it. It starts very slowly. The Wizard no longer comes up when I try to load photos from my Droid. The bluetooth does not work any more. I have to load pics via Email! Problems started happening after I installed PC Doc Pro v5. I only did this because my computer was SO SLOW! I wish I could understand Computereze but I need as simple an answer as possible. Help!!! 1 person needs an answerI do too
