Bluescreens after joining AD and logging in with a AD-user
Hi We've got following problem with Vista Business and Vista Ultimate 32 (x64 works without any problem): After joining an AD and then loggin in with a user from the AD - a bluescreen is displayed (normally after displaying the message "creating desktop"). If I logon with a local user - it works. Till I attach to a network-drive and want to run a program-file from it (eg to install software). -> Again bluescreen. I have to copy the software and run it local. Then, no problem. We tought perhaps the anti-virus-software is a problem (creating user and so on works fine if no av-software is installed). We tried TrendMicro and McAfee... both the same problem. With TM-Support I didn't came to a solution ("this is not the problem from TM) Has anybody an idea? Can't post the bluescreen-message, because I had reinstalled it - without AD and forgotten to save it *shame on me*. Perhaps later with another pc. Regards Petra

Hi, Please understand that Microsoft provides different support services which have different service levels and support boundaries. For blue screen crashissues, it is necessary to debug the related crash dump to locate the root cause.Unfortunately, debugging is out of our forums support boundary. I'd like to recommend that you contact Microsoft Customer Support Service (CSS) for assistance, the support professionals there are better qualified to assist you. To obtain the phone numbers for specific technology request, please take a look at the website listed below: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=fh;EN-US;PHONENUMBERS Thank you for your understanding.
