Blue screen with vista office scan and 100mb network with AD
Hello, I have a strange issue with new PC with Vista I've installed Trend Micro Office scan 8.0 (patched 1.1). If my computers are on 1GB network they work fine, if not (100MB) they hang with blue screen usually a few sec after logon. If I just connect the machine to a 100mb switch alone, no blue screen, if it can reach the logon server -> blue screen. Any idea ? NH

For blue screen crash and system hang issues, it is necessary to debug the related crash dump files or the freezing systems to locate the root cause. Also, in most cases, it is necessary to check the source codes as well. Unfortunately, debugging is beyond what we can do in the forum. Please confirm if the NIC is compatible with Vista, and update the latest driver for it. 2. In this way, you can narrow the issue down to a particular service. 3. If the issue is related to Trend Micro, please update the latest version.
