Blue screen error
Hi , I get blue screen errors whenever I install ne updates , and they happen when my laptop tries to restart so the updates can take effect . It hangs on the shutdown screen for a long time , then I get the blue screen , then it shuts down , and then
it tells me that windows was not shutdown properly and asks me to choose how I want to startup windows . Then , action center looks for a way to solve the issue , and then just closes after a minute . Action center never fixed the problem because I'm still
having it . I am running windows 7 home premium sp1 on a lenovo ideapad z470 series . No new hardware , no big software installed , and it's almost about a year old . This is what action center told me about the problem :

Use standard procedures to troubleshoot your problem. Upload minidump to SkyDrive or similar cloud repository and give us link to this dump. Excerpt fro MS Answers:
Method 1.
I would ask you to update all the drivers for hardware fom the device manager and check.

It is a possibility that one of the installed 3rd party application or a program is casuing the conflict. Place the computer in clean boot state and then try installing the network printer and bluetooth mouse. Refer to the article below for steps.

I would also suggest to uninstall the printer software and drivers completely and then try re-installing it.

Also if you can list any error messages or event log errors and the symptoms being seen it would help us in researching the issue.
