Fonts are used by the system in various ways. a corrupt or invalid font can crash the system. If you idd not replace any font, you can delete the added fonts from command line or by booting another OS (PE or some linux live cd).
If you did replace fonts, probably the easiest way to recover is a
system restore MCP/MCSA/MCTS/MCITP

Bug Check 0x3B: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
This indicates that an exception happened while executing a routine that transitions from non-privileged code to privileged code.
Cause
This error has been linked to excessive paged pool usage and may occur due to user-mode graphics drivers crossing over and passing bad data to the kernel code.
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff558949%28VS.85%29.aspx
So, update the graphic card driver first. Does it fix it? if not, please start the Windows Explorer and go to the folder C:\Windows\Minidump. Next, copy the dmp files to your desktop, zip all dmps into 1 zip file and upload the zip file to your public Skydrive
[1] folder and post a link here.
