When I start up, a blue screen comes up with a lot of information but one line says: The problem seems to be caused by the following file: ialmrnt5What should I do? It's a Dell Dimension E310 and I didn't receive a CD for XP documentation. What happened just before these errors started?Specifically: Did you install any software? Did you install any hardware? The problem appears to be related to your display adapter. Go to Dell Support , enter the Service Tag from your computer, and download the most recent driver for your display (video) adapter. Unzip the files and double-click on setup.exe. Make a Restore Point first ... just in case.
