The error (inconsistent power state) points to nvmf6264.sys, a Nvidia network managing driver. It shouldn't be necessary, so you can disable/uninstall it and look if the BSOD reappears."I think there is a world market for maybe five computers. (Thomas J. Watson, Sr.)

Hi,Sanmartin is correct and you can try to disable the driver for a test. You can also refer to the following article to troubleshoot the blue screen issue.NetIo.sys causing my windows to BSODThanks,Novak

I unistalled my invidia drivers and updated them to a different version shown here:http://www.nvidia.com/object/win7_winvista_64bit_191.07_whql.html It was recomended on in another topic for someone with the similar problem. So far so good. I also unistalled my Zone alarm even though it says its compatible, when it's installed the computer won't shut down properly. So everything seems to be running smoothly right now.ThanksSteve

That actually did not fix my problem after all. My computer crashed and I ended up reloading it back to factory state. It ran good for a week and then BOOM! Bccode 9f. So it seems to be relating to the (RSS) Recieve side scaling which I don't fully understand but I used cmd: netsh interface tcp set global rss=disabled to disable it and so far after several shutdowns and reboots it hasn't thrown any BCCode :). Also my internet doesn't drop off and on like it used to. I will keep this updated over the next week. If any has any info on this please chime in.

So far NOT a single Bccode. It shuts down and boots quickly. Internet is fast and does NOT drop at all. It usually drop several times a night and I would have to recover tabs or refresh to get it going again. Over a week later and NO Bccode at all. Internet droped once.
