Hello, I am currently running windows 7 enterprise. Everytime windows loads a blue screen crash occurs after about 30 seconds. However, I am able to boot in safe mode. The error reads as follows: Stop: 0x0000008E (0xc0000005, 0x838F0487, 0xA2063754, 0x00000000) ataport.sys- 838EF487 base at 838EA000 4ce788e8 Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Go to safe mode, when its loaded up hold Winkey+R. Then type in MSCONFIG then press enter. Then select Startup Uncheck whatever file that you may know to disable that file on loadup. Once you know what is disabled, that computer is working fine. You can uninstall or just leave it there. Also if this isses just came recent, you can probley try to just restore your computer from a earlier time.
