Try using the windows system restore feature to jump back a couple days before the issue started. It will restore all of your previous registry settings in the event that someone happened. Here's a quick how-to if you can still get into windows. If windows is not loading, try booting to your original install CD where the restore tool is also available. http://www.brighthub.com/computing/windows-platform/articles/30783.aspx

Can you boot into safe mode? When do you get the bugcheck? You have a variety of old drivers on the system, but the most noteworthy stale software is the ESET NOD32 AntiVirus software. The drivers for that software, on your system, are from March 2009, long before Windows 7 reached RTM. Start by uninstalling that software, perhaps in safe mode. If you can't boot the system, check some of the other Windows 7 System Recovery Options such as Startup Repair or System Image Recovery (if you have a backup).
