BlueTrack mouse lag wireless file transfer
Greetings, Alright, here is a funny one. When transferring files to a network share over a wireless connection while using a wireless mouse (Microsoft Wireless Mobile Mouse 4000) with BlueTrack technology, the mouse pointer starts to lag very badly. This behaviour does not occur with a wired mouse over a wireless connection, or when using the BlueTrack mouse over a wired connection. Also when downloading or uploading files from the internet this behaviour does not occur, probably because the maximum wireless bandwidth is not reached when transferring files over the internet. I cannot configure the access point to use the 5GHz band because of the short range limitations and because lots of network adapters used by our laptops do not support it. Has anyone ever encountered a similar situation? Your suggestions are welcome. Thanks for your time, Scuba

Hi Please remove all unnecessary hardware, and update the driver for your wireless card, also update BIOS to the latest version to see if the same issue occurs. Furthermore, logon with Clean Boot to see the result.
