Download BlueScreenView from NirSoft: http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html It should tell you what file was being accessed at the time of the crash - hopefully a specific .DLL file. From there you should be able to do a quick Bing Search and see if it is possible that something like a simple driver update will resolve your issue. In some cases, it can be a sign that some piece of hardware in the computer, such as memory or hard drive, may be failing. My fingers are crossed for you that it's just something like a corrupt video card driver! I am also getting the same problem. Check out the Blue Screen below: - Windows has recovered from an expected shutdown. Windows can check online for a solution to the problem the next time you go online. Problem signature: Problem Event Name: BlueScreen OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.2 Locale ID: 16393 Additional information about the problem: BCCode: 1e BCP1: 0000000000000000 BCP2: 0000000000000000 BCP3: 0000000000000000 BCP4: 0000000000000000 OS Version: 6_1_7601 Service Pack: 1_0 Product: 768_1 Files that help describe the problem: C:\Windows\Minidump\053112-33914-01.dmp C:\Users\sony\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-83741-0.sysdata.xml Read our privacy statement online: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=104288&clcid=0x0409 If the online privacy statement is not available, please read our privacy statement offline: C:\Windows\system32\en-US\erofflps.txt I've also used the above said NirSoft Blue Screen Viewer and used it searching but no use. Uploaded the Blue Screen Dump files at http://sdrv.ms/LLDwbB. The latest BSOD file is 053112-33914-01.dmp whereas others are stored in 'Other Blue Screens' folder. Have a look and tell me the resolution steps. I'm using Sony VAIO VPCEB14EN laptop powered with Intel Corei3 Processor, ATI Catalyst GPU, 3GB RAM and Windows Vista Home Basic 64Bit Service pack 1. Maximum time BSODs appear while using any external device on USB like Dial-up Modem Card, Pen Drive, or Nikon Camera. Keshav(Kisna)
