Blocked e-mail In Box____Incoming mail can be obtained by using your web site.____Can you give me any idea what this problem is and more importantly, how I can resolve it?__
For almost a week now I have been having ‘In Box’ problems on boot up. When I open Outlook Express I receive the message that I am receiving mail. The small animated blue arrow as normal indicates mail arriving in the tray. However this ‘mail’ continues to be delivered for prolonged periods without actually opening. In one experiment I left the box open for 4 hours and while the green indicator bar was eventually filled, the animation continued and the message never manifested itself. Shutting down and re-starting the pc has no effect on the problem as when opening up after a period of shut down, the in box is blocked by the incoming message again. Occasionally the text will indicate more than 1 message is being received but nothing opens. I am sometimes able to send mail but I can receive nothing. Incoming mail can be obtained by using your web site. Can you give me any idea what this problem is and more importantly, how I can resolve it?

Go to your email provider's webmail (usually this is your Internet Service Provider), log in and delete the mail that is "stuck" from there. If you don't know how to do this, call your Internet Service Provider's tech support.MS-MVP - Elephant Boy Computers - Don't Panic!
