Is there a way that I can allow my children to access the regular programs on my computer, but totally block the internet from their use? I have DSL. I currently have an administrative password to block access to the computer totally. If the children are allowed some access to the Internet but you want to restrict what websites they can go to, OpenDNS will work very well for you. It's free. If you want to forbid them from any Internet access, then if you have a router it may have configuration options to do this. Refer to the router manual.
