How to block PING response done from another computer on the internet

Thanks, i tried doing that, but while test on ShieldsUP! - Gibson Research (https://www.grc.com/x/ne.dll?bh0bkyd2) it showed my PING fails, what could be the reason?

Hi, If you want to block PING response, you may take following steps: 1. Click Start button, select Control Panel. 2. Move to Control Panel / Windows firewall / Advanced settings (on left side) / Inbound rules / New rule. 3. Select Custom, then click next. 4. Select All programs, then click next. 5. Chose the Protocol “ICMPv4”, click Customize… then chose "specific ICMP types / echo request. 6. Chose “Any IP address” in local IP addresses and remote IP addresses. 7. Since this is a third party website, I haven’t much information about this error. Would you please take a screenshot for this error message, then post is here? Also please use “ipconfig -all” command to export the IP configuration and post the result here. I understand that this may be a lot of information to ask for at one time. However, by collecting this information now, it will help us move more quickly toward a solution.
