Additional details about when this message appears, which web browser you are using, whether it is all sites or just a few may help.It could be that you have malware on your computer that is displaying this message. It couldn't hurt to scan with a few other malware detection programs. If you believe that this message is truly being sent by the server, then the message indicates that it is the server itself that is rejecting the connection. I would consider the possibility that a hacker somewhere was doing some malicious attacking that was detected and the IP address that it came from was subsequently blacklisted. But with ISPs, IP addresses come and go, so perhaps you were the next lucky person to inherit that IP address and now find yourself with this problem. You might try unplugging your modem overnight and hope that you get a different IP address next time you connect. Otherwise, try contacting the owner of the site you are trying to connect to and ask why they are rejecting you. Most commercial sites don't want to chase away customers.HTH, JW
