The comouter starts upi but can't login.I have a black screen with the pointer. The pointer moves clicking does nothing. And ctrl-alt-del and ctrl- sht-esc does nothing. Can not reboot normally. Force the restart and go into safe mode and I get the same thing. Can not restore with out getting some thing. So please help.

I'd recomend that you change your BIOS so it does not do any raid etc, redownload windows seven and install it to a virtual machine. If all goes well perform a clean install on the computer and don't use any unessesary hardwareIf you need to get files off it download a live distro of linux (www.pclinuxos.com) and copy files from your hard drive a protable hardrive or put them in the cloud on a service like Windows Live Skydrive, then perform the install.
