After getting a virus message from PC- cillan my conputer lost it sound, so i rebooted it. When it came back up the Dell screen came up and then i got floppy diskette seek failure. strike F1 to continue. I do so and it got to a black screen and the computer is still on Windows does not come up or even try. Ive tried F12 and i cant get into safe mode brings me back to black screen. It gives me the same symptoms as BSOD but no curser.1 person needs an answerI do too
