I don't know what I did but I restarted today (the expiration was today) and suddenly there was a blinking cursor "_" exactly like the dos cursor, right after the startup screen with the HP logo. I tried restarting then pressing F11 where it is the System Recovery mode but the laptop made loud and annoying beeping sounds for like 5 seconds. It didn't work and I tried putting a Windows 7 disc I got and did the system repair and system restore back a week ago. Neither worked. What's going on?
