Bitlocker Recovery Key Not Working
I am trying to access the files on my external hard drive that I encrypted using Bitlocker. The full recovery key identification matches exactly to what I have recorded, but when I paste in the recovery key it states that the key is not correct. How can I fix this?

I attempted to use the repair tool and it said that the update is not applicable to this computer. I just don't understand why the recovery key isn't working since the recovery key id displayed matches exactly what I have recorded.
