Bitlocker Installation w/o TPM chip
I currently have Windows 8.1 Pro on a computer without a TPM chipped motherboard. I need to encrypt my entire hard drive but when I turn on BitLocker and start it does not give me the option to use a password on startup and only offers me to use a flashdrive. And the second problem is that when I use the flashdrive option for the key the computer restarts but it does not encrypt the hard drive and fails without an explanation. Can you give me insight into these two problems
