Bitlocker - TPM enabled Windows 7 still requires USB key during startup
I have enabled my TPM module and turned Bitlocker on for my Windows 7 system partition. However, when I reboot my PC it still asks for the USB key. Sometimes after a hibernate wakeup it also requires the USB key. As far as I understood with a TPM module you don't need the USB key to boot unless your boot partition has changed? I don't know if it is relevant, but on my second partition I have running Windows 2008 R2, unencrypted, which is installed after Win7 but before I enabled Bitlocker.
