If you boot on media, in this case a CD/DVD which contains various utilities, BitLocker is designed to protect from any access to the data on the drive and therefore you cannot access the data by booting to this BootCD.Blogging about Windows for IT pros at www.theexperienceblog.com

The Hiren's disc utility wont be able to see the disc or the data residing on the disc as it's encrypted. This is the same reason why if you were to try to boot to a Live CD you also wouldn't be able to access the data on that same location. Even those tools which can see a logical disc shouldn't be able to access the contents as they have been encrypted using Bitlocker. If you want to access the data on the encrypted partition/disc you will need to enter in the required credentials during authentication (see authentication mechanisms) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BitLocker_Drive_Encryption#Overview
