The Hiren's disc utility wont be able to see the disc or the data residing on the disc as it's encrypted. This is the same reason why if you were to try to boot to a Live CD you also wouldn't be able to access the data on that same location. Even those tools which can see a logical disc shouldn't be able to access the contents as they have been encrypted using Bitlocker.
