BitLocker Probelm on External Hard Drive
Hello, I have used the BitLocker Encryption from my Windows 7 Enterprise laptop for my external hard drive (WD Passport 250GB). After encryption was complete, the external hard drive functioned well until I unplugged the USB from the computer and tried to access it again later, it prompted me this message after I typed in the password "BitLocker Drive Encryption failed to recover from an abruptly terminated conversion. This could be due to either all conversion logs being corrupted or the media being write-protected." I have the recovery key and when I tried to use it I get a message that it is an incorrect key. As I understand, the Bitlocker Repair Tool is only for Vista and other system, but not for Windows 7. I really need help with solving this problem. I greatly appreciate it! Thank you.

Thank you for the help Alex. I did do the Repair-bde and after the decryption finished, it asked to run CHKDSK for the output drive (where I transfered the decrypted data). However, it said Unrecoverable Error: Convert Folder to File (Y/N)? to almost all the folder. Once finished, I opened the drive where I transfered the files to from the "damaged" external drive and I had all the folder but most of the content was not there and a lot of the folders had only 32kb. Alternative action? Greatly appreciate your help.
