I tried using - 1) repair-bde -rp 2) manage-bde 3) chkdsk /r but, it ends up with the same error. right now, I am running "chkdsk /F /R /X" I will update the result once it is done. Request you to please let me know any other work around as I have important data.

After running the "chkdsk /F /R /X", still the problem is same. When I reboot my system after running the above command and clicked My H: drive, it asked for my BitLocker password. After entering the password, a screen popped up indicating to resume the BitLocker encryption. On clicking Resume, the error of "The parameter is incorrect." is shown. Also, I noticed that When I ran the Check Disk Utility, below mentioned came in first and then it proceeded further - The type of the file system is NTFS. The first NTFS boot sector is unreadable or corrupt. Reading second NTFS boot sector instead. CHKDSK is verifying files (stage 1 of 5)... I hope this will help in better understanding the problem. Kindly guide me further.

Hi, Since you cannot run chkdsk on this drive, you need to use a 3rd party recovery software to recover the data from the drive. If no progress, please use manage-bde status to export the Bitlocker status and post it here. Spencer TechNet Community Support
