I got a message today at 11am saying: A problem has occred in BitDefender Threat Scanner. You are strongly encouraged to send the file to the developers of the application for further investigation of the error. I just got this computer in Dec from my neighbour and he had just put windows xp on it along with the game World of Warcraft. Besides having Telus internet services downloaded onto it we have not downloaded anything nor do we have any personal files on it, I am at a loss as of to what to do with this problem as I can not get the message off my screen nor open any programs, ie. World of Warcraft. please help1 person needs an answerI do too

look in task manager to stop the warning program from running. sounds like malware installed.

I had this happen also. I completely uninstalled TELUS security. Problem solved. I reinstalled it and so far no trouble. If you would like the intructions to uninstall TELUS security, please just ask.
