I have a problem.

I installed Biometric driver. for Normal users (Not administrators) I can register my fingers and use fingerprints feature , but when I log in to built-in administrator account , the fingerprints option is disabled.

Is there a way to use biometric for built-administrator account?

which Administrator account?  The built in one or you as a member of the administrator group?  If the built in AFAIK you cannot

Why is that? is there any group policy for this? this is terrible for Microsoft!

You cannot even adjust settings on the built in account.  It is a security thing.
