Bing Desktop 1.3.472.0

The Bing Desktop application crashes when it attempts to change the wallpaper. Generally this is on start up but when using a VPN it occurs after an internet connection is available.

Running in compatibility mode or as administrator does not resolve the problem.

Bing desktop will change wallpaper automatically according to your frequency.

Please take a Clean Boot to troubleshoot if there is some software conflicts.

Then make sure the below setting is enabled:

Sorry but I tried a clean boot and it didn't make any difference - note that the Bing desktop app used to work until this machine was updated from 8.0 to 8.1
