I am running Windows XP with Service Pack 3. Recently--six months to a year--I have been having no luck in Disk Defragmenting the (C) drive. No problem defragmenting my other drives, just the (C) drive. I get a message, "DISK DEFRAGMENTER has detected that Chdsk is scheduled to run on the volume (C), please run Chdsk/f." I do that anda new message comes up saying that, "Windows can not find 'Chdsk/f' do a search.I do that, little dog at the bottom sits, digs, waits, wags its tail, digs, waits, then, another message pops upstelling me that Windows could not find what I was looking for.PLEASE HELP.1 person got this answerI do too
