Best guide to move Lync Server 2010 to another server (same version)

Hope someone can share with me Lync Server 2010 migration with Same Domain but different Hostname & IP.

We have a Lync Standard server in production that is working just fine.  We are moving all servers to private cloud (another Server environment) and need to Migrate the Lync server there.  I have been looking high and low on how to do this but find nothing.

I feel not confidence on AD and Topolgy publish as well as user connectivity.

I would be highly appreciate if you can share with me your expertise by sending me email.

thank you so much!

As you use Lync Standard server, then you also need to move the CMS to another server, you need to use the command Move-CsManagementServer to move the central management server.

here is a blog you can refer to moving the CMS.
