Bad pool caller error on Windows 8

Hi

when i try to open a dvd file through cyberlink power dvd or try to play any video though power dvd ,blue screen appear with bad pool caller error.Here is my dump file can somebody help me solve it?

These were Related to atikmpag.sys AMD multi-vendor Miniport Driver from Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.  Yours is 2 years old.  I would install the newest driver available.

If you continue to crash I would remove McAfee and use the built in defender in its place.

and sorry for late response i update my all drivers regularly also i update my amd driver and graphic driver from dell. which driver need to be updated and this was not happened previously recently from few days  it was start to happen.I just want to confirm that is this is  related to any hardware problem or software.and as u mention about mcafee is macafee crating a issue.

Blue screen only appear when i try to play dvd file through cyberlink dvd player and if i play the same video with any other player they play smoothly without creating any issue. plz tell me why this will happen now and what i do to resolve the issue.

I also attach the dump file after update my all drivers.

i can't figure out the driver as i update my driver from manufacturer site(dell) and the problem is still exist also reinstall the os and install all updated drivers ,could u plz confirm that this is not a hardware problem. and which driver create a problem and needs to be updated.

I cant tell what gpu you have but the Dell link does look correct for the Intel graphic adapter.

What Radeon model do you have?
