Bad pool caller

I have been facing the bad pool caller problem for a few months now. I never took it seriously but now my system crashes pretty often. I get a blue screen that reads "your pc ran into some problems. We are collecting error info and then we will restart your pc" but it never restarts the pc I have to do it myself.

I have tried updating my drivers but it doesn't help. recently I checked my event viewer which showed 4 errors.

1. source: location provider - There was an error communicating to the Orion DCS server

2. source: Windows Update Client - Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x80070057: Microsoft.Reader.

3. source: Kernel-PnP - The driver \Driver\WudfRd failed to load for the device SWD\SensorsAndLocationEnum\LPSensorSWDevice.

4. source: Security-SPP -

License Activation (slui.exe) failed with the following error code:
hr=0xC004F074
Command-line arguments:
RuleId=eeba1977-569e-4571-b639-7623d8bfecc0;Action=AutoActivate;AppId=55c92734-d682-4d71-983e-d6ec3f16059f;SkuId=c06b6981-d7fd-4a35-b7b4-054742b7af67;NotificationInterval=1440;Trigger=NetworkAvailable

Could you please help me with this ?

i suggest you collect dump file and analyze it

http://blogs.technet.com/b/juanand/archive/2011/03/20/analyzing-a-crash-dump-aka-bsod.aspx

the main problems is BSOD, after you fix BSOD, you can troubleshoot the others issue

check which driver, software or device caused this issue by analyze the dump file

good luck
