Bad_Pool_Cooler Error on my new PC
So I have just got a new PC and I constantly have Bad_Pool_Cooler errors on my games etc I think its the nvidia Geforce Drivers but wanted to get the dump files but the isn't anything in C:\Windows\Minidump So I have no idea how to get windows to do them?


Please help I have no idea what I can do!

  We do need the actual log files (called a DMP files) as they contain the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.

You can also look in C:\windows for a file called MEMORY.DMP.  Check the wiki to make sure your computer is configured to enable DMPS

I have to wait for the next crash as the are no memory.dmp files on my PC!

Hi

We hope your issue has been resolved or never happened again.

Without actual dump file, it is hard to identify the problem driver.

You could download and install the latest your NVidia graphic driver from NVidia website.

Activate Driver Verifier to obtain more information about these errors. For details, see the Driver Verifier.
