Bad_Pool_Caller Error

Hey, I'm having a Bad_Pool_Caller Error, and I have reviewed the other links on the various threads and found no solution to it myself. I have my dmp files, I can link them here.  Here's the link to my One Drive for it.

The DMP file suggests that NETIO.SYS is what is crashing, and it seems to crash on firefox.exe, however NETIO.SYS is not the cause of the problem. There is something (probably a driver) causing NETIO.SYS to crash. Please run Driver Verifier (instructions here) and memtest (instructions here) If you have a MEMORY.DMP you can upload that as well and it may help track down the cause.

Here's the link to the Driver Verifier DMP. I already ran the Windows Memory Test and it said my ram was okay. I don't know if that's authentic or not. I hope the Driver Verifier figures this out.

How often are the crashes happening? This crash seems to be similar, but now on Adobe Desktop process. It is however, a memory corruption. Doesn't mean your RAM is bad, but the driver related to whatever Adobe Apps you are running. If the crashes are frequent, then I'd try disabling anything related to Adobe Desktop from starting when you boot to see if you remain stable.

The DMP is inclusive to my knowledge but I am not a pro when it comes to knowng all commands within WinDBG.

The problem is, this is happening because I'm trying to update my Adobe Photoshop through cloud. Though this error has been happening for a few months, Cloud was never the reason. I deleted cloud from my computer yesterday and tried to do a fresh install because Cloud wasn't updating at all before, and now this happens every time I try to update Photoshop. Driver verifier has done a few other dmp files too, I can upload those as well to see if its anything else.

Upload them all, then I can compare to see if its the same thing every time.

Hi HideandseekFez,

How about the issue?

According to one of the dump files you have uploaded, the issue seems to be related to the wireless network adapter. Please reinstall the wireless network adapter driver from the device manager to have a check. It is recommended to download the driver from the manufacturer website. We can try several versions to have a check.

DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION (c4)
A device driver attempting to corrupt the system has been caught.  This is
because the driver was specified in the registry as being suspect (by the
administrator) and the kernel has enabled substantial checking of this driver.
If the driver attempts to corrupt the system, bugchecks 0xC4, 0xC1 and 0xA will
be among the most commonly seen crashes.

I uninstalled and reinstalled it and checked the driver. It says it's working but I really don't believe it. I tried the Adobe CC again and it still crashed. Here's the latest DMP file....

https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=D5F25D1FE64C0D4C!190&authkey=!APYy0I-OvULRPjI&ithint=file%2czip

I'm getting sort of tired of this. I'm tempted to back up everything, which isn't a whole lot and do a fresh install at this point and go from there. Any advice would be appreciated.

So after doing a fresh install and one error later, I finally figured out what was causing the errors. Turns out my Laptop was over heating. I have now been able to clean the vents  which were pretty clean already and fully installed Photoshop. The Blue Screen is no longer having any effect on me. Thank you for the help.
