I have now spent several attempts lasting many hours to backup my Sony win7 64 bit laptop. After filling six DVDS t tekls me that the backup is 100% complete but cntinues to activate my drive whilst doing nothing. The only way out of the loop is to stop backup and spend another fruitless period of several hours to acheive the same hangup. What can I do (apart from torch the bloody thing!)
