Hello, my regular backup ( backing up the libraries and the AppData folder ) doesnt make it through the process. It stops in the preparation stage and quits with an error message stating problems with a file locked by another process. 1) Why does that happen with ShadowCopy running? 2) How can I find out which file is causing the probs? 3) How do I get rid of that problem? If you are still facing the issue, can you zip and send me the contents of <<SystemDrive>>\Windows\Logs\WindowsBackup to sneham_at_microsoft_dot_com (Remove underscores and replace words with characters wherever possible).
