I cannot successfully configure and save a Windows 7 backup. Error 80070002 occurs when I click the final button, "Save settings and run backup." I am trying to back up to a Synology Diskstation on the LAN. When I run FileMon (now ProcMon) at the moment the error occurs, the only relevant error that I see is a long string of entries identical to this failure: 49:47.0 svchost.exe 7280 CreateFile C:\Windows\CSC\v2.0.6\namespace\DISKSTATION NAME NOT FOUND Why is it trying to create a file with the name of the network drive in the client-side caching folder? Could this indeed be the cause of my error? I repeat, this seems to be the only file-system-related error that I can capture when the error occurs. Thank you, -Doug
