Hi, Before going any further, I would like to verify these situations: 1 What backup settings are you configured? System image or file backup? 2 What media the files were backup to? According to the error message, this issue is that some files get lost or corrupted. Please first check if any information in the following article will help: Error code 0x8100002F and or error code 0x80070002 when you back up files in Windows 7 In addition, you can exclude that from backup: 1 Input “Backup and Restore” in Search box and press Enter 2 Click “Set up backup” 3 Select the drive where you want to save your backup then click “Next” 4 Select “Let me choose” then click “next” 5 Choose which folders you want to backup, remove the folders then click “Next” 6 Click “Save settings and run backup” Hope it helps.
