Backup cannot complete and stuck at 97%
1. Perhaps the backup process run into problem and cannot continue. 2. Try to divide the files that you want to backup into groups and backup these groups separately. 3. There is an alternative. Insert hdd into another computer and try to backup hdd here. 4. Use diagnostic tool from hdd vendor to comfirm that the disk has any problem. 5. Run chkdsk to see if there are bad clusters. Hi, To have a HDD troubleshoot with diagnostic tool or run chkdsk (without quotes) command. If it is possible, to decrease the size of your backup data. After those preparation, you may have another try to backup it.Ivan-Liu TechNet Community Support
