BUG: Refreshing on desktop
It's really difficult to send feedback in this release version, you should show a quick feedback link on the Windows 7 page. I change the icons of the recycle bin to another icons, when I delete a file, maybe the desktop does not refresh the icons, so the recycle bin does not change its icon.

Hi TravisThe bar for bug reporting in the RC Build has been raised. What they are focused on now are regression bugs, this is defined as things that worked in theBeta Build 7000 but are broken in the RC build. They are mainly depending on the Technical Beta Testers andtelemetry feedback for discovery on these. However, they also read these forums for discovering these problems. You are welcome to post the details of the steps needed to reproduce the issue you are having. You might want to remove the check mark from the 'Allow themes to change the desktop icons' in the Desktop Icons dialog window.Hope this helps.Thank You for testing Windows 7 Ronnie Vernon MVP

Hi Ronnie, I have tested with both cases: check/remove the check mark from the "Allow themes to change the desktop icons" in the Desktop Icons dialog window. The Recycle Bin icons still be not changed its icons when I implement some actions after I changed its icons. If I don't change the Recycle Bin icons, it works well. The details of the steps needed to reproduce the issue are: Right click on the desktop -> Personalization -> Change desktop icons -> Change the Recycle Bin icon (both full and empty) to other icons -> OK. Empty the Recycle Bin. Create a file on the desktop. Delete this file. Let see on the desktop, the Recycle Bin is not changed its icon to the Full status. Right click on the desktop -> Refresh -> the Recycle Bin is changed to the Full status. Right click on the Recycle Bin -> Empty. Let see on the desktop again, the Recycle Bin is not changed its icon to the Empty status. Right click on the desktop -> Refresh -> the Recycle Bin is changed to the Empty status. It is just a very small bug but if MS can't find this, how can they make the big big OS perfectly? Their previous OSs have a lot of problems, so it runs less durable than Mac OS. I'm a fan of MS. Now, the Windows 7 is my proud OS, I don't want to lost more my faith. Have a nice day !!!
