BSoD problems.
Hi guys, I've been using my new Windows 7 32-bit OS for about a month now. Everything works fine and all. The problem I have right now is that I'm having BSoD very frequently when I use a program named "Mega Manager" (the download manager for MegaUpload.com). While this program works well on my laptop with Windows 7, it's giving me a lot of problems on my desktop. Whenever I use this program for a while, the BSoD will show and says something regarding the NetIO.sys. I am wondering what's causing the BSoD ever so frequently. Please do enlighten me on the things/steps I need to go through to solve my problem. I have included a .nfo file for my system and the link is located below. http://cid-835458ca57c61542.skydrive.live.com/self.aspx/Misc/system.nfo Thanks in advance and appreciate all help given.

Since Windows system uses separated user mode and kernel mode memory space, stop errors are usually caused by kernel portion components, such as a hardware device, third-party drivers, backup software or anti-virus services (buggy services). Please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot the issue. 1. Boot the computer in Clean Boot for a test. 2. Temporarily disable all unnecessary hardware devices in Device Manager, such as Modem, sound card or external device. For detail steps, we can refer to the link below: Device Clean Boot 3. Run antivirus program and perform a full scanning. If the issue persists, please upload the minidump file (%systemroot%\minidump) to SkyDrive ( www.skydrive.live.com ), then share the link to me. Someone will be glad to assist you to analysis the data.MCSE, MCSA, MCDST [If this post helps to resolve your issue, please click the "Mark as Answer" or "Helpful" button at the top of this message. Hello,Try run Mega Manager with Windows XP compatible mode and to see if the issue persists: 1. Right click EXE file of Mega Manager and chose properties.2. Under the Compatibility tab, please check the "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" and choose Windows XP. As it points to the Netio.sys file, it may also be related to a network device, try to install the latest network card driver. Download the win7 driver which updated on 2009/12/22:http://www.realtek.com.tw/DOWNLOADS/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=14&PFid=7&Level=5&Conn=4&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false Thomas77
