BSOD system_service_exception

So im a techy person, dont dumb down the geek speak its all fine with me as long as it helps.

So i bought a new screen (24" packard bell) which is using a VGA cable with a DVI adapter to plug into my GPU (new dvi to dvi cable is in its way) first day no problems, second day and ever since ive been getting a combination of two problems which might be linked.

1. a BSOD system_service_exception (didnt get time for more than that as i wasnt expecting it)

2. full system freezing after about 1:30 - 2:00 hours every time which is only solved via a hard reset.

I mention the screen change as that is literally the only hardware change in months and ive not changed or added any new software in weeks too. I originally suspected a problem with resolutions, the screen and GPU are 1080p compatable, but the windows feature allowed only 1600x1200, so i jumped on AMD catalyst and bypassed the automatic detection and forced 1920x1080, then checked the windows manager to match it. though ofcourse VGA isnt designed to handle that, so i changed it back but the problem continues...

im going to attach my latest dump file here: (its taking a while ill add it later)

MSInfo and DXdiag available on request.

We do need the actual DMP file as it contains the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.   WE NEED AT LEAST TWO DMP FILES TO SPOT TRENDS AND CONFIRM THE DIAGNOSIS.
Please follow our instructions for finding and uploading the files we need to help you fix your computer. They can be found here If you have any questions about the procedure please ask

If you are being told you cant post a link, or embed a picture (or any other restriction) you just need to post to this thread saying your account has not been validated http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/ceb31cd8-39fc-4af9-ac77-1dff965dfcf0/verify-your-account-10?forum=reportabug

We can work with this one.  For future reference you should change your settings to "small DMP" in the system control panel as it would make uploading them much faster for you and faster for us to download.  Your current file is ~700Mb.  (I am downloading it now)

This was caused by memory corruption.  lease run driver verifier (after you change the control panel settings) to find out which driver is the underlying cause.

If you are overclocking (pushing the components beyond their design) you should revert to default at least until the crashing is solved. If you don't know what it is you probably are not overclocking.

got nothing else right now as its not getting as far as a BSOD, just a full system freeze which forces me to hard reset.

Pretty colors otherwise useless.  If you can boot upload the event viewer logs.

Please provide us with your Event Viewer administrative logs by following these steps:

Click Start Menu
Type eventvwr into Search programs and files (do not hit enter)
Right click eventvwr.exe and click Run as administrator
Expand Custom Views
Click Administrative Events
Right click Administrative Events
Save all Events in Custom View As...
Save them in a folder where you will remember which folder and save as Errors.evtx
Go to where you saved Errors.evtx
Right click Errors.evtx -> send to -> compressed (zipped) folder
Upload the .zip file to skydrive or a file sharing service and put a link to it in your next post * If you have updated to win 8.1 and you get the error message "the system cannot find the file specified" it is a known problem.  The work around is to edit the registry.  If you are not comfortable doing this DONT.  If you are, backup the key before you do Press Win+"R" and input regedit
Navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WINEVT\Channels. Delete "Microsoft-Windows-DxpTaskRingtone/Analytic"

on a side note, the extra driver stress is slowing me down noticeably... lets get this fixed before i go insane at these 90s speeds...

Please change your control panel setting to small memory DMP.  WIll be faster for you to upload and for us to download it.  I am downloading it now

After 30 mins the answer is still memory corruption and it does not appear as if verifier is enabled or the driver is not in the set being examined.  You may want to chang ethe set being examined to all but it will slow down the computer a bit.

You need to change your system control panel to small DMP as it is limiting our ability to examine the DMP

January 13th, 2014 12:20pm

Lets start all using bold font:

I HAVE set it to small DMP, the only DMP i have sent you is the one before i even asked here so calm down OK?

Now, after setting all drivers to verify i was stuck in a loop of:

BSOD during boot, Freeze on desktop, BSOD during boot, Freeze on desktop

went into safemode and stopped verifier completly, here are two small memory DMPs

In your first post you stated

lets get this fixed before i go insane at these 90s speeds...

Your DMP was 693 Mb so hardly SMALL

Above you say

Lets start all using bold font:

I HAVE set it to small DMP, the only DMP i have sent you is the one before i even asked here so calm down OK?

Several things you should be aware of.

One I am a volunteer here trying to help when & where I can. I dont appreciate your verbiage, and will there for wish you the best and move on to help elsewhere.

Good Luck

The 90s speed comment was referring to MY pc speeds while driver stressing was going on. On my view of the sky drive, the latest two DMP files are 164k and 160k. I apologize but you were continuously telling me with a demanding tone, that I didnt appreciate either, that I eeded to do what i have done. I appreciate what you have done so far but telling me to change my DMP settings again isnt going to help as i have already done so.

Your also referring to my first DMP file which was generated by the BSOD before i started to look into the cause, at that point i changed to small DMP files. Then i asked here and since it was the ONLY DMP i had, i linked it here.

I feel as if we are mis-understanding eachother.
