We do need the actual log files (called a DMP files) as they contain the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.

Please follow our instructions for finding and uploading the files we need to help you fix your computer. They can be found here If you have any questions about the procedure please ask

Here is a link to a zipped file in my Dropbox that I think has the files you need. ClaysHP

Does it contain what is necessary?

There are a couple of things you need to do.

1-remove this 2005 driver Related to MarvinBus.sys Marvin/MarvinPro Bus Enumerator from Pinnacle Systems.

2-Update or remove this driver Related to NWADIenum.sys NWADI Interface Bus Enumerator from Novatel Wireless Inc.

3-Run a system file check and if nec DISM

Please run a system file check (SFC) & DISM (if necessary) if you are on win 8 or higher
All instructions are in our Wiki article below...
Should you have any questions please ask us.

System file check (SFC) Scan and Repair System Files

if after all the above you are still crashing run driver verifier to find the underlying issue.

These crashes were related to memory corruption (probably caused by Kaspersky).

Please run these two tests to verify your memory and find which driver is causing the problem.  Please run verifier first.  You do not need to run memtest yet unless verifier does not find the cause, or you want to.

If you are over-clocking anything reset to default before running these tests. In other words STOP!!!  If you do not know what this means you probably are not

1-Driver verifier (for complete directions see our wiki here)
2-Memtest. (You can read more about running memtest here)

I also removed the old Novatel driver because the device is no longer used. I have not yet removed the Pinnacle driver because I think I need it for my video capture device.

I will have to wait and see if the files fixed were the problem.

Did you run DISM?

If you are still crashing upload the new DMPS

You either need to remove the marvin bus driver or update it.  Its a decade old

The folder your DMP link points to is empty.

Yes it is. Don't know how that happened.

This one should work HERE

EDIT: tested and it worked this time.

Marvin bus is still not removed.  These DMPS are not driver verified.  You need to remove Marvin & enable verifier
