System file check (SFC) Scan and Repair System Files
if after all the above you are still crashing run driver verifier to find the underlying issue.
These crashes were related to memory corruption (probably caused by Kaspersky). Please run these two tests to verify your memory and find which driver is causing the problem. Please run verifier first. You do not need to run memtest yet unless verifier does not find the cause, or you want to.
If you are over-clocking anything reset to default before running these tests. In other words STOP!!! If you do not know what this means you probably are not
1-Driver verifier (for complete directions see our wiki here)

I also removed the old Novatel driver because the device is no longer used. I have not yet removed the Pinnacle driver because I think I need it for my video capture device.
I will have to wait and see if the files fixed were the problem.
Did you run DISM?
If you are still crashing upload the new DMPS

This one should work HERE
EDIT: tested and it worked this time.
Marvin bus is still not removed. These DMPS are not driver verified. You need to remove Marvin & enable verifier
