Can you upload the contents of c:\windows\minidump to SkyDrive? Maybe someone can look at the dump files and provide additional guidance. The details you provided suggest a double fault kernel trap. This is most often a hardware issue, or a kernel stack overflow. Suggestions would be to run manufacturer diagnostics on your various devices, remove unnecessary hardware, and test memory with Windows Memory Diagnostic or memtest86. (Note that memory that passes a test isn't necessarily "good" memory - it's just memory that hasn't failed a test.) Also consider uninstalling your AV software for a while, and seeing if that helps (may want to stay disconnected from any network while there is no AV protection installed). If so, switch AV products.

The dumps are located here http://cid-f06ad253dc81080a.skydrive.live.com/browse.aspx/Tshba%20Minidumps?authkey=*Ln8!8NQgNc%24 for anyone who can interpret them and provide any assistance. Thanks

The vast majority of the recent bugchecks are as initially posted. Since you have a number of AV and other apps installed, I'd suggest uninstalling them one at a time to see if that affects the behavior (less items consuming things on the kernel stack). Items to uninstall: Comodo, Belarc Advisor, Avira AV I'd suggest starting by uninstalling Comodo. Then try to reproduce the problem.
