BSOD and Random Restart, due to ntoskrnl.exe

Hi,

I have Windows 8.1 installed in my laptop. Getting random BSOD and sometimes laptop restart without blue screen. Assuming this issue started after recent windows/drivers update. Tried with system restore but it failed. I would really appreciate if someone help me to resolve this issue.

I tried with BluescreenView. Please find screenshot below. It looks issue seems to be with ntoskrnl.exe. Can you please help me.

Hi,

From your so many dump files. We see many different bug check and fault module, such as 0xA, 0xD1, win32k.sys, HDAudBus.sys, ntkrnlmp.exe, NETIO.SYS etc.

Thus it's hard to narrow down the exact reason.

I suggest you do the following:

1.Restart your computer.

2.Press F8 at the character-based menu that displays the operating system choices.

3.Select the Last Known Good Configuration option from the Windows Advanced Options menu. This option is most effective when only one driver or service is added at a time.

If it doesn't resolve, try this:

Hi & welcome,

These crashes were related to memory corruption (probably caused by a driver).

Please run these two tests to verify your memory and find which driver is causing the problem.

Please run verifier first.

You do not need to run memtest yet unless you want to.

If you are over-clocking anything reset to default before running these tests. In other words STOP!!!  If you do not know what this means you probably are not.

1-Driver verifier (for complete directions see our Wiki here)
2-Memtest. (You can read more about running Memtest here)
