What is your computer make and model? If not a branded computer what is your motherboard make and model? Type System information in the Search Box above the start Button and press the ENTER key. What is your BIOS version and date? Is your Windows 7 32 bit or 64 bit? Please download and run Driver View and upload a copy of the report it produces to your Sky Drive. http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/driverview.html Please post a copy of your sysdata.xml file as a shared file to your Sky Drive. Heres an example of the file path: C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-125393-0.sysdata.xml Providing a copy of your sysdata.xml file is an alternative to using Driver View. Type System information in the Search Box above the start Button and press the ENTER key. Select File, Export and give the file a name noting where it is located. Please upload to your Sky Drive.Hope this helps, Gerry

Hi, After checking the latest dump file, I found the error code 0x9F was received, you can refer to Bug Check 0x9F: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE. The FAULTING_MODULE is VMNetSrv.sys, which a component of the Microsoft Virtual Machine Network Services driver, and PnpManager You can try to reinstall your virtual machine or update it to check the result. Meanwhile, please also check whether there are something wrong with attached device. In addition, here is a similar thread for your reference: BSOD Drive Power State Hope this helps Vincent Wang TechNet Community Support
