BSOD Ndis.sys
My laptop has BSOD with Ndis.sys error. I COULD access safe mode and managed to get a copy of the .dmp and .xml file. I ran chkdisk /r and now cnnot get into safe mode or normal mode. I can get to options and tried a system restore and get the following error 'unspecified error occurred.......(0x8000ffff). I removed the HDD and copied the User folder and program data folder. So i can't aceess safe mode as it stops at atipcie.sys, i can't get into normal mode as it BDOS death ndis.sys, i can't system restore due to error above. As Windows 7 i don't have CD to get into any recovery program or repair from CD. This was all caused by trying to remove Norton 360 (which failed at the time) to install the new MS AV Don't know what to do next? Any advice gratefuly received.

I have uploaded the files http://cid-e1b3909c4235cb3c.office.live.com/browse.aspx/Ndis.sys%20errors?nl=1&uc=2 please note that system restore worked, so i logged in and managed to uninstall Norton 360. When i restarted the blue screen error occured again. I can only access safe mode now. I ran spinrite as i read on another forum it maybe the hard drive at fault. I am back to the original ndis.sys BSOD problem and not sure how to rectify the issue.
